We've been B & E customers for 19 years and really there is never another consideration for car care. Any time that we've had a car problem and called, the response has always been..."bring it right in"...even if is near closing time. We've never been told that they are too busy to see us. All that aside, we've never not gotten to our destination because of a car issue, be it for work or pleasure. The Francis family knows their customers and knows their cars. So...thank you Ed, Betty Lou, EJ and Mary Jane...and all the rest of the staff too!
