The first time I ran into the B & E Service about a year ago, when I couldn't find a competent mechanic to fix the problem in the electrical circuit of my old, problematic car. I tried a lot of places in the area, wasted a bunch of time, no longer had any hope... And here was luck — B&E! Quickly coped with my problem, the price was fair. I’ve been taking my vehicles to B&E for over 15 years. The customer service here is fantastic as it’s a family run business. I recently had a vehicle that died on the road. I simply called up, spoke to Betty Lou and told her I was having the car towed to the shop. She told me no problem her son EJ would take a look at it. Not only did EJ have the issue resolved by noon the following day he also fixed the latch on the driver side door which was not closing properly (at no charge). I've used B&E for two projects and had positive experiences with both. I was given full explanations of the scope of work for both jobs and the pricing was fair. The work was completed in the time frame described and I have had no issues with the work since.
