I've been depending on Ed and EJ for several years now and no matter what the issue, they always figure it out and fully explain the details. Most places are simply 'parts changers'. Not B & E! They take the time to figure out what the actual issue is, fully explain it and repair as needed. I don't trust many places but I have complete trust in Ed and EJ. Their priority is making sure that you're driving a safe vehicle. Betty runs the office and is great! You tell her what the issue is and she gets back to you quickly with the information you need.
